7 things you must do for Self improvement


Self improvement is an ongoing continuous process of learning, which makes you ready for accepting changes and improving your behavior. You learn a new lesson every day, each day teaches you a new meaning of life. It depends on personality to personality that how he takes this each day teaching- ie accepting the positive feedback or focusing on negative part of it.  If you approach is inclined towards positive end definitely it’s going to bring a tremendous changes in the behavior and will head you in the right direction. There are lots of factors which can be identified and measured in respect to the progress against each values received. You must change your attitude and self-image to conquer the prejudicial views of society.

Exercise and fresh air keeps body fit, must include 20-25 min of exercise in your routine.

As regular exercise keeps body fit, regular breakfast makes you active for whole day.

There should not be too much of haphazard in your life, best is you should have regular routine life.

Take routine breaks, from the continuity but the break should not be too long or too exhaustive.

Accept new challenges, life without challenge is like food without spice, so always be ready for challenges, as it will head you to the best.

Be Satisfied, there should be a feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day in your conscience.
