When I thought to start blogging, I felt it as not my cup of tea. Being into Business Development, I came in contact with several entrepreneurs, Directors of companies, friends and staff..... who continuously induced me newer approach, newer vision, being adoptable and I am dedicating this blog to a common man.
This is a journey of a common-man- when we admire any successful person, we see him/ her at atop with lot of wealth, power, status with beautiful wife, adorable children and bla bla but we forget to consider the factors behind it- hardwork and dedication he put to establish the business, lived his business for several nights, when his employees off of their work and went, his commitment to himself; his approach and positive thinking which always pushed him to again start after each failure; off-course we cant just oversee his capability to stand alone and strive and become a leader for the followers. His great convincing power which came out of his adamant and sturdy notions.
Overall the moral values nurtured to him by his family which are the great lessons and case studies for MBA aspirants and business graduates.
